Returns & Refunds Policy

At Happy Puppy, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items, including clearance items and consumable toys damaged during normal use, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return
1. Contact our support team at olenz6476@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs
- Buyer's Remorse / Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and process a replacement or full refund.
