All pet and dog supplies are carefully checked before shipment.

Unopened, unused products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery. Pet food, snacks, collars and other personal intimate items cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.

If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with photos within 48 hours, we will arrange replacement or refund for free.

For eligible voluntary returns, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. We do not support unreasonable returns of opened pet supplies.

We reserve the right to final interpretation of the return rules.
