Orders & Shipping
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the United States only.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard Shipping takes 10-15 business days. Express Shipping takes 7-10 business days. Please note these are estimated delivery times.

Q: How do I get free shipping? 
A: All orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous US.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. Clearance items and consumable toys damaged during normal use are not eligible for return.

Q: How long does a refund take to process?
A: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
